1. Maintain and track project plans from project start to closure. 2. Publish regular reports and metrics across all projects Communicate and followup for status of project milestones with various project managers.
Key Responsibilities and/ or Tasks:
1. To provide assistance in running the Project Management Office function. 2. Should collate multiple project plans and track milestones of deliverables, costs and payments. 3. To prepare regular reports and generate Project Management metrics
Mandatory Knowledge & Skills:
1. Graduate with experience in PMO function in IT or ITES industry Good analytical skills. 2. Familiarity with project management concepts and cost management of projects Project management experience at team leader level Good communication skills, assertive, willing to take initiative in follow-up and tracking. 3. MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) and MS Project.
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / MCS
Experience: 4-8 years
